UNITED KINGDOM
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of being placed
All UK orders are sent Royal mail 1st Class
Shipping for orders under £100 is £2.99
Shipping for orders over £100 is free
Please note: we will only be able to provide tracking details if you select tracked shipping at checkout
Whilst we will always do our best to meet the above timescale, during busy periods, deliveries might be a little longer

We use Royal Mail International services
Shipping costs will depend on delivery location
Whilst we will always do our best to meet the above timescale, during busy periods, deliveries might be a little longer
If your order has not arrived within 15 working days, please use the contact form
CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
Depending on the destination country, Customs and Import Duty charges may be due when your order arrives. Unfortunately this is not something we are able to control or advise on, so we recommend you check this before ordering.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Please double check your shipping details before confirming your order. If you enter this information incorrectly, we will need to wait until the package is returned to us before we can arrange a redelivery.
